PIZZA CON CECINIELLI

Pizza with Whitebait

  

   Ingredients

 

pizza dough (basic recipe)
9 oz. whitebait
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic
6 tbs. olive oil

 

   Preparation

 

How to make the Pizza with Whitebait:


Clean, rinse the fish and let drain. Prepare the dough following the Pizza Dough Basic Recipe. Flatten the dough into 8-in. disk.

Add tomato sauce as in the Pizza Marinara recipe and then top with the whitebait. Add garlic, sprinkle generously with olive oil and bake.
