   Ingredients

 

Conchigliette160 g
Ortiche 600 g
Pancetta salata 100 g
Pomodori 3
Brodo 1 l
Cipolla 1/2
Burro 1 Noce
Sale q.b.
Pepe q.b

 

   Preparation

 

How to make the Zuppa di ortiche:


 

Rosolate la cipolla tritata finemente nel burro, unite la pancetta tritata sottile, i pomodori a pezzetti e le foglie di ortica a listarelle e fate cuocere per 4’.

 

Aggiungete il brodo e fate cuocere a fuoco medio per 30’, aggiungendo sale e pepe.

 

Fate cuocere le Conchigliette e versatele nel brodo.
