Eggplant Sicilian

  

   Ingredients

 

- 4 eggplants
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 50 cl tomato sauce
- 5 anchovies
- black olives
- Butter
- Cheese grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Oregano
- Pepper

 

   Preparation

 

How to make the Eggplant Sicilian:


The eggplant is a typical Sicilian dish of Mediterranean cuisine. I assure you prepare the eggplant Sicilian is very simple.
